We have upgraded our water filtration system.  We are starting with the highest quality and well-balanced water possible.  We proudly serve USDA Organic, Fair Trade, Locals Only Signature Blend coffee.  While improving the quality and flavor we are also supporting ongoing economic and climate issues which run rampant within the community.  Our Locals Only Signature Blend is a well-balanced, medium roast that is clean and smooth.  It has a rich, full bodied, floral aroma with notes of cocoa.  We are proud to support the Organic and Fair Trade initiative

Cold Brew

Our Cold Brew is made from a single origin Nicaraguan bean.  We find this strong, full bodied roast with notes of anise and sage lends itself well to our refreshing yet robust Cold brew toddy.
